Currently serving as Group Legal Advisor to a national healthcare group, Carina manages legal risk across multiple companies, advises executive leadership and boards on governance and compliance matters, oversees corporate commercial transactions, manages litigation and dispute resolution, and ensures compliance with relevant legislation. She also contributes to contract management, policy development, regulatory engagement, and internal legal training initiatives.
